21st August 2019 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: waves and chop Air Temperature: 17.5 Sea Temperature: 16.6 Weather: overcast Max Speed: Distance Covered: Waited for tide to start dropping and wind to icnrease and sailed solid from 3pm to past 5pm. First hour was perfect on 4.7m then a bit more challenging as wind increased, and still good fun. Getting onto wave faces better, now need to kick better turns. Some nice rides. Waves were good size, quite close together and running into eachother I guess as wind was swinging a bit, and with small chop on quite a few; leaving enough to play in. Nice turns inside and outside where chop was absent. |
